1. General Policy
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users to explore our services. Once a subscription is purchased, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the monthly rate for the months already used.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@smartpost.ai with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
