To provide daily posting and story management features, SmartPost uses official Meta (Instagram and Facebook) APIs.

OAuth Connection: When you connect an account, we use the official OAuth flow provided by Meta. We never see or store your Instagram or Facebook passwords.
Access Tokens: We receive an encrypted access token from Meta which allows our platform to publish posts and stories on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely and are only used for the intended client workspace.
Data Usage: We only access the profile information and media capabilities required to schedule and verify your posts. We do not sell your social media data.

We are expanding our suite to include:

WhatsApp AI Agent: Will use official WhatsApp Business APIs to qualify leads.
AI Cold Calling: Will use voice processing technologies to assist with outreach. Details for these will be updated as they approach launch.
